In response to Anwyn’s Photo spotlights …. at A Wandering Woman ….

I would love to share a few cute signs I have seen…well at least one at this stage anyway. Australia has the most comical signs at times with our weird wildlife ….

I thought this one was very cute

And this one had me stumped!!! I mean…what on earth does it mean???

I often , when I come across stuff like this , think…. what were they thinking? Am I missing something? were they thinking at all or is this just a joke??

I will search for more images to add to this, but I fear that the best of my sightings are lost in boxes of real prints!!!

I have made a start at least… that is something ..blogging an evolving process I am learning

Great signs, I love the duck one. I remember seeing one similar in the UK but not with the actual duck pictures on. Thanks for joining in.

Thanks Anwyn …. I took it a couple of years ago here in Mooloolaba . it is so very cute that I just had to snap it for my page at that time .
I love challenges and want to start some on my own site here… wasn’t sure exactly how to do it

Keep those signs coming! I love them. My best guess for the second one is that there are Martians ahead. If the arrow was above an empty circle pointed to the right, it would simply mean Mars and/or men. But because the circle has legs in it, the sign can only be a warning of an alien invasion.

Love signs! Actually do entire posts of signs too!

My world through my camera …. Letting the Light in … one Frame at a Time … while I practise mindfulness and being in the moment as often as I can, I am never the less inclined to record so much of what I see on a day to day basis. I find solace behind the lens, it brings me joy to create beautiful images and fulfilment to record something that just needs to be told. I feel as if my camera at times is just an extension of myself and it will find an image in what may be the tiniest little part of the day or the world around me . Living with depression for much of my life I have been able to use it as a tool to refocus ( pardon the pun)
